Geneva College Men's Rugby squared off against Duquesne University at Founders Field (Home of the Pittsburgh Harlequins) on April 26, 2025.
In a difficult encounter, Geneva College battled hard but fell to a tough Duquesne University side, with the final score of 60-15. Duquesne University hit hard from the start, quickly putting points on the board. Geneva College struggled to make tackles and capitalize on Duquesne's numerous penalties and cards throughout the match. Geneva's offensive possession proved to be solid, but they were unable to finish many of their scoring opportunities. Geneva fought hard to the end in a matchup that allowed for many of the younger and newer players to receive ample playing time, where many of the starters were injured or unavailable.

Looking Ahead: This game provided valuable lessons and highlighted areas for improvement for much of the younger and newer Geneva players.
